Do you know if you grind your teeth while you are asleep? Teeth grinding can generate tremendous force on the jaw and teeth, causing poor sleep, broken teeth, headaches, loose fillings, and loss of tooth enamel.

The great news is that we can help protect your teeth from wear and tear with a custom fitted bite splint!

A lot of the dental work we do every day is the result of patient’s grinding their teeth at night and not being aware of the damage they are causing to their teeth. A bite splint or night guard is a removable dental appliance that is custom made to fit your teeth. Wearing a splint at night helps to prevent the upper and lower teeth from grinding against each other.

If you think you grind your teeth at night, book at appointment to have your grinding issues assessed.
